I made some Agedashi tofu which looks nothing like the ones at the resturants lol. I just cut up extra firm tofu cover it with corn starch and fry it with oil. Ate it with Hosin Sauce.
My other dish is just a mixture of some left over beef with rice. I put some chopped garlic and cook it with oil, add in the beef. Once the beef is done I add in some sour cabbage and rice. Add whatever seasoning your want to it I just added some maggie seasoning.
End result : Yummy will make it again soon.
