I was starving today but didn't want to do take out. So I made this sandwich.
2 - Squirrelly Bread ( 100 calores ea)
2 - Egg Beaters (35 calories each)
2 - Slices of Ham ( 35 calories each)
handful of spinach and mushroom
Slices of cucumber
Sprinkle of cheese
handful of kettle chips ( 150 calories per serving)
Still healthier than eating out right! I almost forgot to take a picture and blog about it till I finished eating first half of my sandwich!
