On to the eats! I been craving SPAM lately I know gross but I love it so I went out and got a can! I sliced one up into thin slices put in on some left over cesar salad with low carb tortilla!
Today I had quite a workout I went to the YMCA and did the ran/walked the trademill for half hour sweated quite a bit then head down to the pool and had a good swim for about 45 minutes.
Came back was super hungry!
Made a really good snack!
