Happy Eating!

Hey all of you hope all is well! I am back to posting hopefully on a more regular basis!

On to the eats! I been craving SPAM lately I know gross but I love it so I went out and got a can! I sliced one up into thin slices put in on some left over cesar salad with low carb tortilla!





It was super yummy!
Today I had quite a workout I went to the YMCA and did the ran/walked the trademill for half hour sweated quite a bit then head down to the pool and had a good swim for about 45 minutes.
Came back was super hungry!
Made a really good snack!

Chobani Vanilla Yogurt with some raspberry and peaches mixed together. It was so refreshing.
Ha but an hour or so later I was starving! So I made this. I got this pasta at Costco. I had a sample and just had to get it!




One serving is 300 calories not too bad I had more vegetables on the side I accidently deleted the picture on my camera!

I've never had Spam! My grandparents went to a Spam-themed dinner party once, and everything- including the dessert!- was made out of it!

I must try this "spam"? The Chicken and Pasta looks and sounds delish...

lilveggiepatch - dessert!!? ahhh! i can't imagine what it must have been...do tell!

mmmmmm - spam wrap - now that's one to try one day. . .maybe with some brown rice or quinoa inside?? looks ONO!

Spam wrap looks pretty good to me! I grew up having it in fried rice as a kid. I know it has a bad rep but I love it, too!

I like spam every now and again. Sliced thin and heated through in a grill pan.
